Prosthetics – Replacing Lost Tooth Structure or Teeth

When a tooth is damaged or missing, there are several treatment options to restore both function and appearance. The best solution depends on your individual situation and needs.

Crown

A crown is used when a large part of the tooth is missing and a regular filling is not strong enough. The crown works like a protective “shell” that covers the tooth, making it stronger and more durable.

Bridge

A bridge is used to replace one or more missing teeth. It is anchored to neighboring teeth that act as support. This is often a good solution if the adjacent teeth already have larger fillings or have lost some tooth structure.

Implant

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made of titanium, surgically placed in the jawbone. A crown is then attached to the implant, creating a replacement that looks and functions like a natural tooth. Implants are often the first choice when the neighboring teeth are healthy and should remain untouched.

Temporary Solutions

No matter which treatment option you choose, we can always provide a temporary replacement so you can live normally while your permanent restoration is being made.
