There are two types of treatment with threads. You can tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles and you can lift the tissue  to get a lifting effect. 

An area is treated with 4 strands (2 on each side of the face). In cases where the skin is loose, treatment with mono-threads is also recommended to achieve tightening of the skin as well.

You can reduce and even get rid of hamster bags, puppet lines, hooded eyelids, nasal labial folds etc.

Applying surgical threads under the skin stimulates fibroblasts and collagen formation. The skin becomes firmer, small wrinkles are smoothed out, acne scars become less visible.
